Ah, memories. This audience has quite a few familiar faces. Weenie Beanie (Bill Staton) is sitting on the right-hand side, front row, white jacket. A very young "Sugar Shane" O'Neill sitting in the front row, wearing a white baseball cap. Jerry Forsyth with a camera sitting next to Weenie Beenie. Behind Keith's chair is Ronnie Wiseman, Jimmy Wetch, and Jarrod Clowery. Ryan McCreesh. Carmine Sardo.
Next day, Keith fought Jeremy Jones for the hot seat at 11 a.m. Keith ate some bad food in our fridge, left there when the power went out because of Tropical Storm Isabela. He got a horrible case of food poisoning, cramps in stomach, going to the bathroom, the whole nine yards And what's worse—well, worse for Keith—there was no beer for sale until 12 noon. Keith had to play with little sleep, food poisoning, and no beer. The mixture was not right for the Earthquake machine. Then he had to play Jose again, and Jose won. If they had played the Open that night, though, I think Keith might have had a chance to win the whole shebang.
Keith came in third, cashed for 10 large. Monday morning, 8 a.m., Jose, me, and others were standing in line at the bank to cash our checks.
