In case anyone cares, the first pro tournament I ever attended was the 1976 PPPA World 14.1 Championship in Asbury Park, NJ.

I went to that event at age 19, the first pro event I attended as well, and purchased a Meucci MO7 cue which I played with for the next 20+ years!
