It looks like too much angle to use draw to get behind the balls. However, draw might get you next to the 12 for a bank on the 5 and run out from there. I think not. As shown in the drawing in the second post, the shot is nearly straight. In fact, it is absolutely easy to draw into the five ball and the problem is to have only a little draw so you don't run into the five. We all know you're gonna bet that 50/50 against anybody.As far as trying previously discussed shots at get-togethers, I was absolutely serious. I remember one member claiming they could make the eight ball half the time with the second-ball break. I think that talk would end pretty quickly at even money.
