How do these diamond tables play so badly? vid

Do you think you can get more banks with Artemis cushions on your table, than the Diamond blacks?
Probably not, but we have both at league and I prefer the Artemis response, seems a little more lively. I play mostly 14.1 which takes more finesse in my opinion than rotation games-

It looked like that shot was hit really shitty. I'm not saying the tables are perfect but I'd adapt to that after 1 or 2 shots.

EDIT: He hit it with left... what do you expect to happen?
As I said earlier, I tested this on my 8 foot Pro Am and none of the banks looked like the video-

Left hand English would have widened the first bank off the rail, just saying!
I mentioned earlier that in the video it appeared the CB was hit with reverse (right) english. The OP says it was middle follow. My tests were with middle follow-

That doesn't make sense because 7' Diamonds don't use Artemis cushions and my 9' Gold Crown I has Artemis on it and it does not bank short.
Soft rubber...mounted upside down compresses and makes a shorter angle.

Bank soft = wide angle
Bank hard = short angle

Very apparent

Common knowledge
Top of rail slightly concave, underside curved like a typical cushion.
K55 profile
And yet, the canvas is still impregnated into the top of the cushions, NOT underneath!! They're mounted as Diamond was instructed to do by the Artemis manufacturer!!! Yet we still have some who believe they know more than the manufacturer does!!

Sometimes the tail wags the dog.

Replay:
Off the second rail, the ball has no spin yet it bends uphill and perpendiculars in and out of the third rail where it dies trying to bend uphill.

Unfettered conclusion:Table not level.
Variable #x. Or maybe GoldCrowns are better than Diamonds.

The artemis cushion is only installed on their 9' tables. Their 7' table have the diamond brand rubber, with less of nose radius. Both bounce way shorter and way faster than every other table ever made since the beginning of time. Wow, I just can't believe diamond cushions took hold in pool. Every other part of their table is great. The cushions, yuk!!!

In my opinion Diamond has ruined the pool industry with these tables. Everyone always talking about how great they are. Ever sit and watch people play on them? It’s like putting. Small strokes and slow rolling. Trying to control the cue ball or better yet keep it off the rails. I never get much enjoyment out of playing on them. But, hey they are great! NOT!

Yeah valley tables with pockets the size of bushel baskets are great for the game. 🙄 best 7 foot table money can buy. I don’t seem to have a problem controling the ball on them and either do other good players. Maybe you need to spend time practicing instead of crying on az lol

People are standing in line for them. Do pros complain about them. I’m not good enough to complain about them. I’d rather have a GC but mainly for its classic appearance. The one piece long rails assure perfect alignment on the Blue Label. I think the 3 rail kick or bank from the corner pocket is way off. As for table speed…Are any 2 tables the same? That’s pool.
Honestly when it comes to A 9 footer a good golf grown plays as good for half the price but for 7 foot nothing comes close.
