did he lose his MR gig, his mind or get his account hijacked?

reminds me of norm macdonald describing 20th century history:

He hasn’t offered a game to anyone other than these guys where he’s giving weight.
That will be coming next.

I'm assuming he's talking 1pckt. Can anyone explain the spot? 10-8 for filler means Filler makes 10 and Scott makes 8 to win? Same for 9-7? If it is a 2 ball differential, why is 9-7 a bigger spot than 10-8????

Yes, correct.

It's a percentage thing. Getting 2 balls at 10-8 is a smaller percentage than 2 balls at 9-7.

The game with Sky is a split spot. Scott is asking for 8-7 when Scott breaks, and 9-7 when Sky breaks.

One thing to note in 3 of these matches. Scott wants his opponents to stop him at 6 balls!

Pretty tough to stop a guy that advocates for, 'Power/Aggressive 1 pocket.'

7 is much easier to get too than 8. Alex lost to Tony when Alex was on 7 with a ball very close to his hole and a blocker. Happens all the time.

If I remember right, the break was considered worth a ball and a half by the odds makers.

It's easier to understand if you take it to the extremes. Let's say you're playing Tony Chohan for your mortgage. You like goin to 1 and him goin to 3 wayyy better than you to 13 him to 15.
