Heyyy! Finally beat the 10 ball ghost! 7-5.
I had a little time before I need to get ready for work tonight, so I played a set. Just happened to win. It was ugly, but I got there somehow. I did pattern rack and soft break though.

I started getting a feel for how to hit that soft break to leave everything open around rack 4. That and the pattern helped a lot. Even with all that help, I still lost 5 games.good win after rough start

I haven’t played any 10 ball for a long time. A couple nights ago I started playing some and my break is terrible. I plan on sticking with it until my break gets a little better. Maybe record a set when it gets a little better.

I found out that breaking 1/4 of the way over works best on my 10 ball break. I don’t break from there in any other game. I prefer to hit it with inside-not sure why. Gives a pretty good spread. And a look at the 1 ball an all right percent of the time. If that one isn’t working it’s usually just from the middle.

Took on the 8 ball pro God ghost tonight on a 7 footer. Went 2-7 3-7 and 2-7. Shouldve done better. Not too bad at a 25% B&R but made an 8on a bank and scratched once, hung an 8 and broke dry/scratched about 9 times. Will upload if need to for the record but it’s like 40min long. Oh and one run in the last set I must’ve made the 8 on the break and not realized so I spotted it at the end and made it. Honest mistake. Does that still count in the ghost challenge? Not that it was my best score.

I measured from Point to Point with a micrometer it was 4.464 inches and the slate from points to where the ball drops is 1.8 inches
I’ve played on a lot of these pro cut 7’ tables with 4.5” pockets and have had the same result

Pocket speed and spin on the ball factor into how the pocket accepts the ball IMO
. Only watched some of it. But from what I saw-nice shooting. You might want to edit your post and put your score in there so that - I used to be rich - could list it for you easier.Freddyfast9

Thanks Wolfy I put the score and I shoot at a pretty fast pace. That’s where I got the fast Freddy from. Lol. That was me trying to take my time.If more people enjoyed playing at that pace, I’d enjoy playing more.

Beat the god ghost 7’ diamond pro pocket it took 12 minutes 37 seconds for the set
I broke the nine ball in on game four I believe which was a win because it went in the side but I took a free swing at the 1 ball lol

Played a set with the Matchroom break. Got lucky and won 7-2. May try to do a 10 ball video if I have time. I’ve got some health issues and the Dr said I may not be able to play for about a month so if I don’t get one made soon it will have to be later in the year if at all.
Im going to the local hall today to try the ghost on a 7’ Diamond. I play pretty well on these tables. I’m going to try a ton of sets! I think I have a change to win one set. I’ll report back.
I’ve never tried it on a 7’. I did play the straight pool ghost on a 7’ Diamond years back, and my runs blew away my 9’ GC runs. I expect the same today

I definitely did better than the 9’. Managed to win one set 7-5. The houseman (my buddy) had to drag me away from the table as I wouldn’t quit.
