I have been to the circus. I think everyone should go at least once. Lack of funds is a major reason some folks do not go. How would y'all feel about a PROPERLY ADMINISTERED program to provide stipends to help send DESERVING folks to DCC for their FIRST TIME?

Interesting question. Does GoFundMe issue 1099s for the money they distribute? Maybe they don't have to if each contribution is under $600 (or whatever the IRS is doing now).

Google.... google.... It seems that GoFundMe may issue 1099s if the amount is over $20,000.

The only thing the circus and those traveling carnivals did for me was to instill in me the desire never to have to work in a job like that.

I also went to the EW around 2000 or 2001, loved it. Haven't been to the new spot. Im always balls deep in work at that time
