US Open and Mosconi coming to ESPN

I watched the windows open show and Mike P was saying ESPN (actually ESPN+) is just picking up the MR stream and broadcasting it. So most likely it'll be the usual cast of characters and same production.

I think it's important to ESPN that they don't have to pay any experts. Also, they don't have to pay for any production if they use Matchroom's stream. I suppose it's possible ESPN got the stream for free. The benefit to Matchroom is that they get a lot more eyeballs in the US.

The previous ESPN deal for pool that I heard of was that if you had produced a program, ESPN would show it twice with some of your ads, and after that the video was theirs.
