Yep, north of Utah is a little ole town called Great Falls, MT. I have been told by the owner of the busiest room in town (pros show up for his $$ added tournaments) that Great Falls has more league players PER CAPITA than any area in the US. That is definately a concentration:D of players.

Dick You remember Everett? How many years did he sleep under the table, clean up in the bathroom at the pool room. Saw him about 5-6 years ago, cleaned up good, he was at the Glendale Glitters thing.

Man, you live in Rock Springs??? I worked there as an electrician and lived in a man camp in 1975 ----- was not a good place to play pool at the time (didn't stop me). The locals must have hid out until all the construction stopped --- it was a wild town.

Me, too. But we didn't embarrass ourselves, saw how a tv movie was made, found out Dennis Franz(sp) was a down to earth good guy (he ask you to play golf?), got a day off work, and got paid:rolleyes:

I do know that there was a movie made in CA where the extras for the pool room scenes were the real thing. Made for tv movie with Dennis Franz, and Whoopie Goldberg--- didn't care for the movie, but liked Dennis and the "extras". It was Kiss Shot.

No you won't forget it. If you spend much time in the PH there is always one like it. Another is the real old guy that comes in every day, watches players, doesn't say much, then leaves ---- every day. You know he could probably play some in his day, probably outlived his pool buds, and...
