I would not say stupid, but you are right, earl/Van would be spectacular to watch. Earl is on a 6th title run, and fans want to be a part of that. Odds are against him, but the way he is playing he has a shot.

Lets face it, pool is not good on TV. Streaming is the best because it is uncut. I have not watched pool on TV for several years.

I could not stay up the first 2 nights. But that was a lot of pool hours to watch anyway. It would have been nice, but i am not complaining.
