(sorry for the lowercase...i'm posting from my phone on the way home)

so my friends and i made a trip to see ronv at eastside billiard club. believe it or not, we didn't talk about aiming at all. we focused on an inside-english banking system that's super accurate. we also worked on the diamond systems thoroughly and how to play position by using the diamond systems.

guys, ron might be one of the smartest guys i've ever met in pool. everytime i get a lesson from him, i feel like i just went to school....i always learn new moves. ron has simplified the most complex information and techniques.

my friends and i are so excited with this new info, it's hard to stay calm.

i know azb has a lot of good instructors...but ron's info is unique. must-have stuff. i'll leave it at that. i'd fly to see this guy if i had to.

Agreed. I think Ron sees the world like Russel Crowe in "A Beautiful Mind". Just all of these angles and numbers floating around. Doesnt make sense to use normal folk, but hes got them all figured out.

He taught me the position system, along with a million things at once... so I for the life of me cannot remember it. I need to get a hold of him soon and re-learn some things. And this time, write them down!

I had a lesson a year ago. Everytime I play I will use something he showed me.

I also want to say away from pool Ron is one of the greatest people you would ever want to hang out with.

I went to see Ron V. yesterday he is great. This is the second time I have went to go see Ron V. We also talked on outside english banking. This stuff works I just have to work on my skill with it. In all Ron V. is the man to see about pool.

I hope to convince my friend to come with me to New York next spring/summer. Two days with Joe T and a day or so with Ron V would be a m a z i n g....
