    Justis Prolite ~~SAND ELEPHANT~~

I think that is the most beautiful case i have ever seen. I'm not one to normally make those kinds of statements but its true.

    Fixing a finish

I hope to take pics tonight, its not something that i've urgently been tryint to fix, but since the maker stopped making cues a while ago (as far as I can tell) this lets me relax about trying to get ahold of him to be involved in a re-finish to replicate the signature.

    Fixing a finish

I have a custom that was made in 1995 by Mike Singer of Minnesota. From what I understand, he no longer makes cues. The finish on both the shaft and the butt around the joint ringwork seems to have lifted. I know the obvious answer if I want to fix this would be to have the cue refinished...

    Cases

I have tried an instroke 2x4 that a local retailer had in stock, and it barely fit in there without a JP. I know how my cue feels, being 6'5" and not exactly skinny, I don't fit in many things myself. Figures my cue would have the same problem. ugh.. just noticed I posted this in the cue...

Need some Break Cue advice....the value kind, not the $$$$$ kind.

I have an NG01 mcdermott and love it. I did contact them about the tips as I was concerned that my league would follow the BCAPL rules. They do have a new tip now. I don't know if it is an option from the stock NG0 series. Below is the email from Jayme.

    Cases

Ignore this thread Posted in wrong forum, please don't reply to this. I'll repost later today in wanted for sale. This is partially a feeler, but if the right thing comes along I may jump on it. So i'm posting it here. I just picked up a custom cue from Dale Chilton a few weeks ago. I'm...

    opinion needed please

I don't think the issue is this person not wanting to re-imburse the purchaser for the cost of having the item repaired, but rather should the customer be charged at all for this type of repair. I guess it comes down to each companies policies. As Wjpjr said, maybe try calling Troy to see...

    Cues in cars

I don't think that leaving a cue in a hot or cold car will automatically warp a cue, but it can greatly increase the chance. Personally I never leave the cue in the car unless I don't have a choice, and when I have to, I don't worry about it too much. However I will not leave the cue in the...

    All going to AZ Cutomers

As always, great looking JPs! I'm hoping to get a set from you soon once I find a case that will allow my main player to fit with a JP on it. Can you work with customer provided coins? If so, what is the min/max diameter of the coin? (I have a large world currency collection) Keep up the...

    Huebler on Craigslist (minneapolis)

I don't know the seller of this cue, I just saw it while doing some random searches. Thought I would post it for any Huebler collectors. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/spo/1180453750.html

Looking for a very good jump cue

I personally like the Dale Chilton "Flying Eagle". I think Koinnkid (troy) has a couple for sale at a really good price. Found the thread he had, looks like he has one left. Nice thing about these cues, is you use the long shaft for longer jumps, short shafts for very short jumps...

High figured Hawiian Koa, Kingswood, and WALRUS IVORY wrapless

Love that Curly Koa in the handle. The whole cue is a beauty, but I just love the handle. Seems like a pretty uncommon wood for a cue. Stunning though.

    Feeler - McDermott MR(5) from 1975

That choice is mostly personal preference. If you plan to keep it, do you mind if it is not 'minty fresh'? In todays market, I don't how how easily you could turn it around with hopes of much if any profit after putting $350 into it being refinished. However two of the most knowledgable...

    Soaking Chalk in Milk

If your going to try this, as I’m guessing the idea is based off of soaking tips in milk to make tips like 'milk duds', remember that for the tips you need to re-compress them in a vice. So don't forget that step..... :) sorry couldn’t resist. My guess is that it wouldn’t do anything...

    Philippine Adventure a.k.a Pool Heaven!

Some great advice so far from fellow AZ'ers, The tapwater rule is a must, however most people tend to forget that in most resturaunts, the ice-cubes are made with tapwater also, so if you get a 'safe' bottled water, don't ask for a glass with ice. Also be careful on your cue selection when...

Lim. Ed. Crown Cues - Royal Twister 1/10

I just read the Royal Twister website and see that the rest of the cues have auction dates set for a future date. Any chance of a mailing list so that we don't miss out on future auctions? I would love to do some bidding on the Masse cues.
