I guess this is for movie/TV starships (and space stations)
If you want to include other large man-made structures in space from SF in general, you've got to have a hell of a lot bigger picture.
Two off the top of my head are:
Rama.
Makes all the others look small.
Cylinder 50km long, 16km diameter

Ringworld.
Makes all the others, including Rama, look like specks of dust. The numbers associated are literally astronomical.
Radius: 95 million miles (153 million kilometers; 1.02 AU (Astronomical Units))
Width: 997,000 miles (1,605,000 kilometers; 125.8 Earth diameters)
Surface area: 6 x 10^14 square miles (approximately 3 million times the surface area of the Earth)
Here's a neat little animation. Keep in mind that the (earth) continents are 1:1 scale, actual size, and they shrink into insignificance almost immediately.
