I finally figured out how to get a little video of me online (I think), so please give me your suggestions.
I didn't edit this, or worry about what I look like (obviously). While this isn't as good as I can play, its fairly representative of my average level of play. I didn't want to think about playing to the camera.
I'm just shy of 3 years from the first time I picked up a cue, so there's obviously a lot of room for improvement. I tend to keep my head up due to my bifocals (which I'm still struggling to get accustomed to after a year-never had them previously) so that hopefully explains that.

The good news is that this exercise has gotten me "re-set" a bit from my struggles of last week.
