My $20 is on ption #2. It's a real sad day, too, when you can get banned for something as petty as the comments on this thread. Knowing that he probably won't take the offer, I would like to see the powers at be here agree to a poll as to whether he stays or goes......

Unfortunately, one or the other must be chosen and I am 110% confident Jimbo will make the right choice. It most definately would be a different forum without him. The point is, Kevin made statements in a public forum using another person's name to endorse his product! He did not havce the right or the permission to do so.

Now, I'm not siding with Kristi Carter because I like her more than KV. Frankly, I don't even know who she is. It just seems painfully clear here that Varney made a mistake and rather than apologize and retract his statement, he will try every which way he can to defend his actions. So all of you can make all the excuses in the world for Kevin but the bottom line is, he broke a major rule of marketing by using someone's name to endorse his product without attaining their permission. There is no defense for that.

I find it funny that you didn't notice the same group of Nov. 06 people who support Varney in every other thread did so here as well. I guess you only see one side of things. Another thing that is funny is how *YOU* find me to be anti Varney yet I've not once said a bad word about the cues he makes. Now if you want to debate the worth of his cue and if I was proven right or not I guess you'd have a leg to stand on, but my side would argue the price got lowered to $800 and still had no bites, you felt bad for the guy and paid 200 over the asking price, but better yet to show how much you really liked the cue you asked it be sent directly to someone else and didn't even care to lay 1 hand on the cue, way to back his work up LOL. Seems like some people have to much money at times, I'm happy for you, you're either a super nice guy or had it left to you.
