Listen - we had already had the Anniversary dinner, gifts, visited her family members, shopped, and done everything we wanted to in New York. It was days after our actual Anniversary. We were wrapping up our trip with a visit to the premier pool hall in the country at my request. My memory is very clear. Finnegan asked him to go in the back room - and they did. I am not making an appearance on the show. I am in no way connected to any of it. I'm not hiding behind any screen names. I often put my cell number in my sale posts. My name is Brad Hamel. I live in Ellsworth, Maine. There is one pool hall in this small town - I'm there 6 days a week if you want to come see me for whatever reason. Cleary, Tate, and any other naysayers or shit stirrers - I don't want any bad blood with you. But - I won't comment on what happened in your house last night - because I wasn't there! You weren't present for my situation either. It's that simple. There won't be an apology. I don't create stories to mar anyone's reputation and I am a pretty honest person. To the people that showed support on here - thank you. To everyone else - you are entitled to your opinion and can surmise/create whatever you choose to since I posted this on a public forum. I got it off my chest. I voiced my opinion. Now it's done. All I can say now is that you should be careful who you deal with, and if you own a business - be careful who you choose to represent you.

Ask the average joe how many pins are in a stack and see what they say. But let's face it you also can't mistake that many stripes for solids.
Despite the fact that I would love to see this thread end I would still like to see it do so on a positive note. By Saturday night or maybe on Sunday I will have some solid info on this matter, maybe not the specific one but valuable info.
Tell him to TRY to sign in, and look for the "forgot password?" prompt.

You can say anything you want about Obama, Miley Cyrus, the Green Bay Packers, or Dale Earnhardt,Jr ~ because they're NOT members.
But members have protection, and if Finnegan WAS a member, this thread would get locked and sent to the basement.

It still makes no sense. If they play with 15 balls to make it tougher to win the pot, why, all of sudden, when a newby shows up, they decide to use only 10 balls?
Thus, either the OP does not remember correctly from what happened over a year ago, or the racker messed up by only racking 10 balls? Either way, if Finny didn't rack'em, he is not the one the messed up.
I'm going to be very curious what Rapheal has to say, and I think it's not going to be good for the OP based on what we know thus far.
I find it real interesting that he has not come on the site to defend himself ,, silence is usualy a sign of guilt ,, if he's really like he portrays on the show than its not surprising

That's true but it is him. I'm gonna find out what happened soon.
When they still did the break and run, they did so many different variations trying to make it tougher to actually built the pot… but the room is full of good players. They eventually just stopped doing it. I can't break and run so I never took part in it or even paid much attention myself.
What pisses me off is Raphael is a very good friend of mine and I'd bet my life he didn't screw this guy over.

I realize Mr. Finnegan isn't an AZ member, but I think allowing this thread to continue is just the same as being an accomplice to slander.
It is beyond obvious the allegations from the OP are not factual.
I do believe OP believes he was wronged and he is telling what he believes to be the truth but it is clearly not the case.

OP has made pretty heavy handed accusations and has not provided one Fact.
Not one. Not even a witness.
Just the random drive by one year after the incident.
Then at some point in the thread he pulls out the "better not make it a physical thing because I am a tough guy and train the military"

This attitude is exactly what caused your problem in the first place. Although I am flattered to be mentioned in the same sentence as Andrew, if I were a shit stirrer, I would have said you were lying, which I didn't and don't believe you are. I have said I believe you misunderstood what transpired and all the evidence here supports that premise. When you have not one single collaborating witness, surely you realize there could be a problem with your interpretation of what transpired. Have you ever asked yourself "What if I was mistaken? Have you ever admitted you might be wrong?
I have found that people who admit they were wrong, or could be wrong, are considerably more respected than hose who stubbornly stick to a disproven story.
Both you and Finnegan, due to your inability to act respectfully and reasonably to each other, are equally culpable in blowing this way out of proportion.
