Are you saying that SVB didn't make any adjustment on his break to stop the 1 ball from dropping? If you want to analyze this at a high level you're drawing dead. Stick to the slop stuff the fact is that Ko didn't get lucky shooting at low percentage type shots so really and truly SVB was lucky to even have an opportunity and the fact is he shrunk in those moments as opposed to coming with it.

Just because Ko is world class doesn't make what he said any less true. Ko missed a 2-9 combo and left the 2 in the pocket with shane able to see it, but the 9 dropped in another pocket. Ko missed three times in one rack, but left Shane hooked every time. Ko made a very amateur attempt at a break out and somehow got the cue ball in the one spot to see his 3 ball. The guy is a world champ and will win more, but that's luck and its ok to say it is.

No I didn't. I just watched what happened tonight. Ko would have lost about 13-8 with even rolls.

But perhaps Ko is a lucky SOB. He'd good for sure, but some are destined for success over certain periods.

I thought SVB showed the best form in the tourney with Wu a close 2nd.

His form towards the end was strong without doubt. However of all the top players, he did have the easiest draw from the group stages going forward.

He gets lucky an awful lot against SVB is all I can say. I literally only remember SVB beating him once. He's frankly just a slight notch over him. It was SVB's job to figure out a way to secure that last game. He failed at that.

Ultimately it may not have even mattered. Ko at that point was likely to run out the set on the next break.

We're not here to shake hands with the winner, but to talk openly about our observations. Ko's got $30,000 good reasons to not care about what we say, but gawd darn it, allow us the satisfaction of clipping him behind his figurative ear. He jagged out and got all the acclaim and dosh. He ain't suffering none!

That is a huge advantage for Shane to be able to walk into the final 16 as the other top guys like Ko and Biado are beating each other out.

Then being able to practice on the T.V. table. Then play his first match today on the T.V, table while Ko has to come in cold under the lights, not knowing exactly hoe it breaks. etc.

Shane gets a lot of advantages time and time again.

The only time Shane beat Ko was after they let Shane back in after his 2nd loss when Ko thought he was going to get a by .. It clearly affected him

Fair enough. I was thinking it would break the players rhythm, and if I was a player I'd be less focused on the status of the stream, then the game.

Thanks for everyone support. It was fun and pleasure playing in the finals. I feel like I am at top of my game. But fell short from couple mistakes that cost me big time. Ko play great and he deserve the win. It was great match and experience I will never forget. Congrats to Ko pin yi. Thanks everyone for positive support.
