It's great that this was finally resolved properly, John. You're definitely one of the true stand up guys here, and it was very upsetting to see you in such a situation. Even though it took seemingly forever, you have a beautiful cue there. Hopefully this will be your last "eventful" transaction of this type.

You didn't do anything wrong John. Perhaps the lesson though is that one should check people out more carefully to see if ANYONE has had a problem with the person you are going to send multi-thousands to and THEN decide if perhaps escrow isn't the way to go.

Now, let's move on to getting Roscoe's money back from that guy in Texas, Roland Garcia or whatever his name is.

Although I did not participate in your thread I permanently watched it and gladly it worked out well for you. Not that I dislike the behaviour of Mr. Forney but I thought I do not want to judge him before I know the whole story. Now after your first deal and many others with Mr. Forney worked out so well would you tell me what his excuse was. I mean, why did he not instantly send the cue to you like he did in your first deal?

Actually I bought a Cog shaft from him just two days before you started your thread and he stood by his words and I got what I paid for. More or less a perfect deal.
I am not related to Mr. Forney and I do not want to take his side. I just wondered what went wrong on your Tascarella.

John, very glad that this worked out for you. Sometimes a deal doesn't go well for one reason or another, but nobody deserves to be strung out like you were. Kudos to you for keeping your cool through the whole mess and great work for others who intervened on your behalf.

Good for you John. I'm glad that this can finally be put behind you. Yes you have a family here on AZ. We argue a little,but when something like this happens we will be there. You are a man of integraty and will always have people behind you. The cue is a beauty and I'm very happy you got what you paid for. If you ever need anything you know I will be there.

Then when he saw the reaction I got from the thread along with threatening legal action he decided to make it right. Who knows. Like I said this is just my opinion. For all I know it could have been floating out there for a month. It's over now though. Thanks to my friends at AZB.

He never mailed the cue. He has scammed before and he will try to scam again.
