*** 13 *** black boars

I can say without hesitation these photos do not do any of these cues justice. I was fortunate enough to hold each and every one of these beauties yesterday.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Here's the best part - I was also able to play with a few.

Thank You very much Steve! It was a great experience.

Chris <<<< still can't stop smiling:grin::grin::grin::grin:

Chris, It was a treat having you over. I get all pumped up looking at these cues even more when someone else is looking and enjoying them also. Hope your trip home was great

All beautiful cues. I personally think the fancy cues are too busy. My favorites are the 4th (plain jane) and the 6th cue from the top (just basic 6/8 pointer with crown shaped butt cap).

One thing that I've always like about BB cues from the first time I saw one of his 6 pointers 10 years ago or so was how crisp his work was. It was so good I felt there was no need for any inlays. Those 6 point cues stood on their own simplicity and workmanship, without the need of any fancy decorations.

To each his own, nonetheless, beautiful collection.

Awesome Collection of Black Boars

Steve, many thanks for posting your awesome Collection of BBs. I am personally thankful to you because I am able to see three of the 6-pointers I use to own, and that you acquired some years ago the "Black Beauty" cue, the brother cue of which was owned, and still may be owned, by Allen Hopkins. I bought that cue from Tony in December of maybe 2002 or earlier, I think. Tony's life's work has no comparative equal, and he will be remembered as only he should be--as The Master or Maestro (or the Da Vinci) of fine Cues, not only for their artistry but also for their superior playability. May his legacy not only be the amazing cues he crafted, but the book he has been working on for many years. Steve, thank you for posting on the AZ Gallery. Luan and his friend, Paul Del Giudice.

I'm a security man, and I can just imagine the type of security system you have to protect your collection, Steve. We're talking full access control, motion/intrusion detection and response, and video surveillance here. Thanks for sharing the pics of these fine cues. Best regards

JC

Not to mention Seal team 6, the Delta Force and a platoon full of Recon Marines to guard this magnificent collection. Thanks again for the jaw dropping pics!

Mr Eisner Tikkler, May I ask, when one has such a cue, ie: Bushka, Gus, Paradise,Boar, Gina ect, How or what measures are taken when storing?

Wow Steve, the cues look fantastic, that oughta keep Tony in cigars and vodka for awhile. Amazing group shot as usual.

Ralf, That cue is the parabolic cue. Its thickest point is about 6 inches from the bumper and then it tapers down again.

Every cue i have is kept in a 1x2 case standing upright. They are spread over 3 different locations but each one is in a room thats kept at 68-70 degrees and the humidity is kept at 52%

I had these all together so I took a group shot. Not so crazy about how the pics came out , but here they are

Wow!!! which one of these cues is the best playing in term of playability (I'm sure without hitting a ball, they all play great!!!

I would love to see the shafts that goes with these beauty....how come no one ever display a line up for shafts? Would love to see the type of shaft wood Tony picked for his high end cues.

Thanks for the eye candy, these butts look amazing. Especially the 5th one from the left...wow!!!
