Pros on barboxes. Why were they chosen? I mainly play on BB's. They dont get much respect. Love to hear the thoughts of some pros. Any chances of a brief interview with some pros regarding the differences between tables? Are there any stats between tables? Do pros run out more on BB's. What are the challenges and which do they prefer or think is tougher?

smokin aces

let me tell everyone, mikey is a good guy and runs a great place. he try's to make everyone happy. new people or if you are there every day he will treat you wright..It a great place to stop in and get some food or play for 10k. im telling everyone this place to going to be big in a year or two...he is trying to put pool back on the map......

PoolActionTV will be supplying any of the 16 players that are still there on Sunday one free meal at Smoking Aces for them and one guest. Don't have to be in the tournament still.

so the players are getting what exactly from the organizers of this event?

a pulled pork meal?

the right to pay into the fee for organizing this (fair enough, what's that woth...$1000???)

I'm missing your point...are they supposed to get a prize just for showing up ?

The players are getting an opportunity to snap some good cash and they are being treated like professionals. This is a very positive step in how top players are treated for events.

Top players should have 52 events like this a year and leave the regional events to the up and coming players.

In May we are having a $4000 added 16 man One Pocket Invitational. $1000 entry. In Jackson, MS.

Should it be added money or put 4 players in or get half of 8 players? I'm not sure but either way I like it.

Do you not want the players to eat? Would be nice to have a meal after playing some pool. Do you think Big Truck or the organizer are going to be wealthy after this event. Do you have a problem with people putting up some money and playing an event.

Do you think they are taking money out of the event not sure I understand what the problem is but you seem to see please explain. Thanks

no added monies, this is simply a bet between players

They never add money to the tournament I play in. Does that mean it's just a bet among players? I can't understand why you feel that just because there is no money added it's not a tournament.

For 1 player

Y'all ever been to an event with 16 Stake Horses?

Ray

If I am not mistaken, I think some players have been staked by corporations composed of 16 or more contributors.???

I know it is not the same..... Hope the FEED is good. Too bad we cannot bid over the phone.

Thanks to the Ray and Mikey for putting the show on, and good luck to all the players.
My picks are Scott Frost, Corey Duell, Brandon Shuff .
Lots of great players, should be a great tournament.
Wish I could make it out there .
