If that's the case, why don't all those backers just put up all the prize money themselves, make all the players wanting to play take a skill level test, then only the top 16 get to play, and even if a player looses 2 and out......they at least get paid something for their effort
No matter how you look at it, this is still nothing more than a ring game being played by puppets for the sole entertainment of others on the easiest playing tables on the planet. I'm sorry, but I just can't agree with this type of degradation of pool.
The stream stopped at about 4am Ray had to go get some sleep they were even but still were playing
so we will have to get that info from Ray when he get back up there
It was a real battle going back and fourth Justin was up 4 or 5 games at one point and Danny got back even Justin was ahead the whole time just about.

It doesn't surprise me someone like you is trying to degrade a guy doing good things for pool.
I happen to love all events like this, where we get a field of top players playing long races. There will be more and more of these sixteen man tournaments as all the matches are high class affairs. My only suggestion here would have been to make it Ten Ball (a much better game on a bar box). That way the matches could have been Races to Fifteen. Of course I love the Diamond bar table, simple the best made!

Diamond sells quite a few of these "joke" tables,I guess they are harming pool?
