Don't be ridiculous. I've seen the quality of your video-editing work (in other online videos), which is way beyond what I am capable of. Regardless, Bob and I will be doing our best, with our limited video-editing skills, to outdo your video while also satisfying all of the $2000 Bank Bend Challenge rules and requirements (except for the "legitimate and free from trickery" and "both the CB and OB must be visible in the video during the entire shot" parts).
Thanks again for challenging us and for teaching us some valuable lessons for any future challenges and money prizes we might offer (although, unfortunately, I will certainly now be much less likely and willing to offer similar challenges and cash prizes in the future).

For the record: Dr. Dave has another challenge out for the best Billiard University score. It's a guaranteed pay out, because you just need to have the best score, rather than meeting an absolute standard, and it's $2500 total, which is more than the $2000 for this bank bend challenge.

For those interested, here it is:
$2500 BU Playing-Ability-Exam Challenge
Although, I should warn the people in this thread who don't like rules, or reading, that the BU Exams do require that things be done and scored a certain way. Regardless, we have already had 22 legitimate entries to date (see the challenge page for the scores and videos), including one from SVB, and we will be paying out the $2500 at the end of next month.

... because the entrants have followed all of the rules and regulations on the challenge page. Also, I know, respect, and trust many of the posters. I was also present during the filming of quite a few of the videos. Also, IMO, it would take a significant effort to cheat a BU Exam video well enough to not create any suspicion. It would also take a fair amount of time, effort, and skill (with pool and video editing) to pull it off. I don't think anybody with that much ability would waste it on such a small amount of money, just to try to make others (and themselves) look bad by cheating and being dishonest.

With this sped-up video clip and all of the harping, it looks like the 9 ball hits more than a ball away from the 3 ball.

Well, you clearly cannot keep up.
My goal was to beat their fake challenge to prove they wouldn't pay. Which, I've proven. I also wanted the $2000 they were dangling over peoples heads to go to charity. And still do. And still think it should. I beat their challenge with a magical bank.
Of course, everyone wants it to be fake so rather than fighting about it I'll just let you believe it's fake.
Also, I don't expect you to understand and responding to you is pretty pointless but whatever, I got time to kill.
You didn't prove anything though. How about this, you replicate this live within a reasonable time and i'll donate $200 to charity.
edit. must be a standard pool shot, nothing that would cheat the original challenge.

Lol exactly at first sight I thought I was tripping because of course it was amazing but I didn't even see it touch the rail....slowed it dow an at least on my shitty equipment it only seems to hit the ball on the rail but more or less disappears in a very small frame.
The shot everyone's shooting to show curve isn't even the shot where isnt going to show up the most anyways.
Outside to in bend with speed...lmao.....try again everyone.
