Yes, I know this, the same has been said about Ti Thompson. But just about all of them played at Johnston City. Dick would have been in his prime then, just wondering why he didn't play.

Did you ever see him play PT109? In tournaments or action?

SJD and I have never met, other than on AZ (one of the marvelous things about modern
technology)
but I have been through his area a few times when I was a kid, and heard nothing but good about his prowess.

And not the kind that wears a trench coat and rubber boots either.

So, I was driving taxi one night and as I crossed an intersection, something caught my attention. One person standing closer to a building. I thought it odd that a person was wearing a trench coat on a warm Summer night.

So, I kept my eye on him as I was passing thru. Sure enuff, this guy flashed me.

I was thinking, No FKing Way. In our small little city, stuff like this isn't supposed to happen.

At that point, I didn't know whether I should book off, go home and try to get that picture out of my mind, or go around the corner and beat the ever living crap outta the guy for making me see that.

Mr. Tate, I am not 'campaigning' for anything.... In fact I like SJM's suggestion about 'Chalk', or maybe 'Layered tips' being voted in for "Title of the Year" ! ..The only problem there is, 'Bunter' and 'Mr3cushion' would claim to know ALL there is to know, about those subjects too !...And they would call anyone who disagreed with them "bald-faced liar's" ! (their favorite phrase) :embarrassed2:

I see Bunter has now added 'Titanic Thompson's name, to the list of subjects, he is an 'expert' on !.. Is there no limit to this boy's vast field of knowledge, regarding ANYTHING pool or golf related ?..He is simply amazing ! (But I see he ignored the comment by PT109.. How unusual):confused: :cool:

I nominate myself, "I don't like change, only bills". AZ seems to lack personalities, prove me wrong. Everybody is a critic, can't you people have fun for a change or are you so miserable that only a new searing or southwest makes you smile?
 
If we are voting for Best Post of any AzB Forum, then I would vote
for a Compendium of ALL posts made by Tom Haney, aka Hondo, aka
THaney, and "God Only Knows" how many other aliases. He gets Banned
so often, he may have to wait a while before accepting any congratulations.
