I just got home from The Pyramid Club, and I honestly believe they have no idea what Saturday will be like! I'll be there Thursday night for leagues and I am sure the place will be buzzing!!

I was disappointed they didn't post the show on their webpage. I hope they're promoting it in the room and during league. It would be a shame for anyone in the area that enjoys pool to miss this!

They are doing almost zero promoting of the show. If Chris wasn't putting the info here nobody would know about it. I have spoken many times with management regarding marketing the place and they show no interest at all.. For the life of me I cannot understand why; the place has lots of potential but no effort is being made to bring in customers..

typical , isnt it?
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
perhaps they figure they dont need to advertise it ?

I have gone thru all of my contacts on my phone and sent out an text blast to help promote the show. I think every poolroom in Midwest should be posting a flyer about the show for their customers. If your not on AZ its hard to find out about the show. Chris is doing a great job from his end, but he needs some help.....

The show should of been on Star 105.5 the local radio station or US 99 . a little bar down the road from me was on there Friday all day for some little party.

Anybody can toss out ideas & make suggestions. The real measure is the guy who does it instead of saying that somebody else should do this or do that. The showing cue makers & dealers have the most to gain, or lose. So why aren't they doing what they need to do to get people to the show? Chris did what he said he'd do. He booked the space, organized everything, set it in stone. It's not his responsibility to do your advertising for you. If you want to sell your cues, and want people coming to the show to see your work, then part of your job is advertising. Everybody seems to have good ideas, but who's actually making anything happen?

Agreed- it looks like Chris has put together quite a roster at a nice venue.
