I wanna know if he choked like Alex when he made 6 balls on the break

Yeah I wanna know if he made that cut or not. It's definitely make-able with damn near built in position.

...with that being said, I've dogged a cut like that plenty of times.

My record is 7 balls also on break. 5 and 9 was left on table and I was hooked behind 9 :D

Back in the 80-90s a 9B Break Contest was very common the day before a Tournament.

6 or under was rarely even a contender....

Monstrous break.

I would have died laughing if he had somehow hooked himself on the opening shot. Jeez.

Whenever I see a high ball count off the break, I've never seen the breaker get out, either they have no shot or it's super difficult and they miss. So your experience would be right on line with all that.

Like Alex P did on the 6 ball break...

I suspect this guy missed that cut.

This is a slightly weird post for me to look at....
...it’s like a post I could’ve made.
My best break was seven balls down....five and nine left on the table....
...and I had to push....I pushed to a tricky check bank where you have to jack a bit to get the
cue ball out of the double-kiss....my opponent knew the shot too...and got out.

Now, I know I’m not Poolmanis.....or am I?

I have seen more 6 ball breaks than I can recall since the rack template. 7 a little tougher. I have witnessed a 9 ball clearing the table break without a template.

Last Thursday night, after bar league,I made 6 balls on the break. 1 solid and 5 stripes. I ran the stripes out.My friend laughed and said most of the time a guy has to run the ones he made the fewest of.
