I know you are tounge-in-cheeking us w/ the 'wild 5,6,7,8,9 from everyone on the 9ft', but really, you will be like the hose that is let out of its pen. Finally able to stretch legs...you will be just fine after about 2 days!

I don't think that you need those spots on the 9-footers. you'll be ok as long as you reach the middle part of the table. If my 12 year old niece could it, so can you ! how bout practicin' on those carom shots. I saw your vid, on the first rack where you bank the 5, I think. I think the 9 was near the pocket and makeable if you decided to carom it. anyways, nice run-out Tanner !
Wow I never counted an early combo as part of the pack. That would then give me the 6 pack I have been trying for. Ran a 2 pack then early combo the 9 another 2 pack with 1 more early combo on the 9 with out missing. I only counted it as a 4 pack. Is this correct to call it a 6 pack
This is interesting because I think it was at the core of that earl strickland controversy, where there was an insurance policy that said if anyone would run 10 racks in a row, they'd get paid a million bucks... but they didn't want to count it because of either an early 9 combo or some 9s being on the break. Earl fought with them and there eventually was a settlement iirc.

as long as they don't make any stipulations, an easy or early combo or a 9 on the break should be included or considered as part of the pack. unless it is specified that all balls must be pocketed consecutively or a complete run-out. it is quite a dilemma however if the 8 and 9 are near each other and the only way of winning the game is a combo. now to simply what defines a pack in pocket billiards, it is "a bundle of matches won consecutively". not the number of balls.
