I've never complained about raffles. Although I do think they should be reserved for special items such as this.
 
alot of guys cant afford a high end cue like this or the southwest that is goin now, this is a great deal for some and yes its a gamble but most blow money on alot of crap and have no chance at anything like this!!! its a great idea no matter what the seller gets as long as the odds are reasonable for all ! IMHO

I figure to PayPal myself, but as soon as one sees that it is going to get filled, one could send the Money Order and take care of that problem.

I will happily bear the cost of shipping and insurance BUT since many countries have an issue with ivory "clearing customs", I will only be able to provide proof that I shipped it insured. I can't guarantee it will get through customs. If you are willing to assume those risks, I will use whatever reasonable method you choose.
