A Cue in the Works

Well my latest cue is almost done. I am excited to receive it as I prefer an ebony forearm cue for my player and at the moment I do not have one. I sent Joel Dadivas the design I wanted, you can see the Gina and TAD influence for the rings and butt sleeve but still has its own character and style I feel. Let me know what you think of it. :)

Very nice Lenny, congrats - or soon to be anyway:smile:

Isn´t it fun to be a part of the cuemaking process!?

Very nice!! The veneer and butterfly work look to be nicely done.

Congrats!
Thanks for sharing pics.

Best,

it's brother is on ebay, hope he ran that by you first

It actually was the one originally made for me but the veneer colors were wrong, it actually is a very nice looking cue with those veneers but I saw the unfinished forearm and wanted my blue/green veneers instead.

I can see the Gina buttsleeve and the TAD rings. The forearm reminds me of something/someone else (especially with the ankh inlay) but I can't place it. Kikel? Gilbert?

And frankly, IMO... white leather wrap would be a bad choice. Contrast is cool. Too much contrast can actually look bad. Go with black (lizard, leather, ee, etc.).

What about white and black ringtail lizard?
