A little fun for a FREE signed Shirt,

There was once a sly guy from Kentucky
who pretended to play pool kinda sucky
Along came Johnny
who looked like a noob and was scrawny
made every shot look lucky

So Sucky and Lucky formed a tour
hoping the public would want to see more
There was this guy named Mark
Who ran the tour in the dark
allowed us this t-shirt to score

one more time---

There once was a young man named Nick
Who really was sharp with a stick
His stroke smooth and true
He would simply crush you
And think"man, you don't shoot worth a lick!"

Not long after Nick in walks Johnny
Who loved to check out southern bonnies
Now we all know the rest
He is simply the best
And it's REALLY FRICKIN' HARD TO RHYME JOHNNY!!!

And last but not least there is mark
Who you'd probably think is a shark
But alas, it's not true
I am here to tell you
Poor T-wheels is no bite and all bark

Now i'm done!

Spidey, I love it, Wolf, you were good again but I still thing your best effort was your first.

There once were legends from Nantucket;
They played pretty sporty when they struck it;

Johnny had trouble with one of the shots;
so Nick took over but also failed with the pots;

All were amazed at the one that caused trouble;
When Mark scratched his head and said f*#@ it!

:thumbup::):embarrassed2:

Sorry, I couldn't resist. These are the limericks I remember (I'm old)

"LEGENDS AND CHAMPIONS POOL TOUR" (sung to the lyrics of Frankie and Johnny)

Nick and Johnny were pool champs,
Mark had an idea one day...
He would start a Legends and Champions Tour,
and teach lots of bangers how to play.

They're coming to your town...just put your money down!

So if you want to be a pool shark,
a step ahead of the crowd,
drop a dime or drop a line
and tell Mark nice and loud...

When you guys come to town,
I'll be around!

You guys are all awesome. I am laughing my A$$ off and I just showed my wife and she loves anything that makes fun of me and it seems like most are. Thats so cool though, I tried to do one myself and this ain't easy to do.
I thought it would be easier. Thank you all for your efforts. I will be showing this to Johnny and Nick tomorrow afternoon so please send more.

I leave for San Diego first thing in the am and I will keep everyone updated if we have anything unusual of funny happen on the road. I think I will be meeting some of you on this trip so I look forward to seeing you again or for the first time.

A Poem -

Here's to the Legends
Mark, Johnny, and Nick
The proud possessors
of a corkscrew pool stick

They spent all thier road time
searching lowland to ridge
to find the right woman
with a spiral cue bridge

At last when they found her
they all dropped stone dead
cause her velvet cue holder
was a left handed thread

TOAST!!!

Thanks for your interest though, I will hopefully be able to show this thread to Johnny and Nick in a while but we just got to San Diego and have a private show tonight at 5.30.
If not it will be tomorrow so still time if you feel creative.
Mark,

Hey guys, I am so sorry it has taken me so long to get back onto this. As you know we have been traveling and I have not had much time at all.
Thank you all for your posts and they were all great. However we have picked the 2 that we thought were just funny. So the winners are Pocketwolf and BVal. Please pm or email me your size and shipping address and I will get them out right away. Thanks again everyone and I will come up with something else to give a couple more away.

Hi Mark,
I know I am too late on this but I thought it would be fun to give it a try so here is what I came up with.
Nick and Johnny were pool players
Mark saw they were cool slayers
Archer and Varner weren't paying
When other folks they were playing
Action was scarce when these two were in town
To take them on you would have to be a clown
Mark felt the world should become aware
Of these two champions who play the game so fair
So Pool Legends and Champions on tour
was an idea that Mark saw as pure
These three saw Ten ball on the rise
and lots more pool fans was the prize
Pool played fair and a world made aware was a worthy goal
so Johnny and Nick went on tour all brave and bold
This is the legend that will soon to be told.

I was at Butera's on the 24th and I really enjoyed the event!
Thanks to all you guys for all the work you have done to make this possible.

Keep up the great job you are doing in promoting pool.

There once were two Champs of different sizes,
They played with sticks without any surprises.
One was so small
the game was nothing at all,
but the other was large
and won prizes!
:p
:D
:grin:

oops...just noticed the contest was over...oh well....

Limerick-

Johnny and Nick on the road
Put on a hell of a show
Running racks, doing tricks
With their magical sticks
The two best that the pool world has known.
