Also yes, despite my best efforts some cues are out of order. Some were easier builds, some go together perfect, some require that I simply start over. I have one cue now that is #3 as the others developed issues. Wood often has a mind of its own as many of you know. My cues are not the nicest or fanciest, I'll be the first to admit. Performance is my #1 goal and I do strive for perfection. I would like to add that I also have a customer receiving grief about when he ordered his completed cue. Well he didn't order it, he simply purchased the rights to the cue from the original customer. I have Bnall's ebony/bem cue near finished too and if he decided to sell it today before it was complete then thats entirely his business....the new owner should not in any way be hassled or have his name tarnished.
I've said enough. Know too that I will not be responding to this or any other threads in the near future as I'd much rather let my actions speak for myself. I'm going to simply spend my time in the shop completing past due cues and I will post pics in the Gallery for all to enjoy. The completed cues will speak volumes more than any words.

Just a reminder as i havent been informed that the cue shipped already. To the moderators ... I know I know i am just wondering if the cue shipped as promised? Please let me get a response before this thread is locked and put out of commission!!! :thumbup:

I'M NOT BEING A JERK...I'M JUST ASKING...."TOMORROW" MEANS MONDAY IN THIS SENTENCE? I ONLY ASK BECAUSE THE POST WAS MADE ON MONDAY, THE DAY IT WAS PROMISED TO BE SHIPPED.

You are most definately trying to be a jerk. Is this your cue? No! Does it have ANYTHING to do with you? No! I posted last night...if you look at when I posted, it says "yesterday". Would you like me to make it more clear for you? IT WILL SHIP TODAY. Maybe I should come run your car stereo business....since you want to be in my business so bad. Yeah, we'll believe you this time because you've never lied in the past. You should say "READ MY LIPS".

You have a lot to learn about customer service, and how to treat people in general. You deserve all the abuse you're getting, as you brought it on yourself. You should be taking the humble road, but you continue to be an antagonistic jerk.

Marcus, most likely it shows "today" for you since your timezone is set to EST. The post shows 10:11pm for me as my forum is set to show PST.

Varney, I ain't gonna tell ya what to do .. but, in my opinion, it would've been better if you waited to post AFTER you ship the cue.

The one thing that never ceases to amaze me here is how Kevin, being a gun nut often posting pics of is handguns and assualt rifles, manages to continuously shoot himself in the foot!!!

You have gotten a LOT of bad press here on AZ. There can be NO doubt about that. But what you have to remember is that YOU DID THIS ALL TO YOURSELF!!! You went MIA. You chose to NOT contact people. You had a plethora of excuses as to why cues were late. You continually sound off on people, losing your temper and your patience. You bark at people. You make outlandfish claims that you can't back up like "My cues are the best cues out there... period."


....and let me guess: your next step here will be to issue a nice long, wordy paragraph about how sorry you are to Marcus for going off like you did. Then you will continue to make your 'apology' out to be nothing more than a blame-game, naming all sorts of other people and fictitious reasons as to what led you to go off on the rant that you did.

Give it up man. You stopped taking orders. Thats a good thing. Just assemble the cue parts you buy and sell 'em off one by one. But seriously, the more you open your mouth, the more damage you do to yourself.
 
Cue parts? I thought he had a huge stock of various woods or something which I've seen posted in several threads.

UNDERSTOOD ABOUT THE TIMEZONES, BUT I HAD TAKEN THAT INTO ACCOUNT....KV IS IN NC, WHICH IS IN MY TIME ZONE (PA)
