I post what I want to post.
Mike's cues carry at least 4 differant logos. There are only 2 people on the planet with more Cochran Cues than I have at this time.
Eric and Steve. Only 3 more than Brian that I know of. We all loved Mike and his work.
We were lucky enough to be part of Mike's life.

Nick now that's a cue collection. Do you have an idea about how many cues Mike made with his logo? I thought that the number was in 50-75 range, how far off am I?

i knew eric and steve were both owners of quite afew of his cues
i should have several,but i thought it would never end
i always thought there would be time

i do know mike spoke often and lovingly of all 3 of you guys

Sounds like you three own more than 75 percent of all MC's. That's just awesome, well for you three, but sucks for the rest of us! Just kidding, enjoy them all in good health. I know Mike meant a lot to my friend Nick as I'm sure he meant a lot to you.

Nick and I was wondering how many Cochran cues I had.I did not know so I pulled all the ones I could find and took a picture.
I sent the picture to Nick,He said I should post it,I said if you want it up there to do it yourself.He did.
PS, I'm not trying this with the Scruggs. LOL

If I had to guess Between Eric and Steve and Brian and I there might be another less than 10 Cochran Cues out there mostly because Mike relogoed signed MAK Cues to TS Cues because he felt they were more a representation of Timi's work.
I don't think 50 Cochran Cues remain.

Here is the story behind mine (actually my wife's). I took my wife up to the shop because she wanted a cue. Mike showed her a few that were ready, but none of them really did anything for her.
Mike pulled a cue out of his case, and asked her what about this one. He said it was his player now, and that it is thinner and shorter then most cues. The cue also had no logo on it.
She said she liked it but that back portion was too plain and it needs some sparkle. She then told Mike about this Abalone shell that her mother had and how she really it.
He said OK I'll do something for you. Two months later I get a call that the cue is ready, so the wife and I go up to the shop.
Milke put in some large Abalone and Ivory ovals in the but end, I had never seen my wife happier. He handed the cue to her and said it's my gift to you. He did put a TS logo on the hoppe ring when he refinished this cue.
If you ever met my wife you would totally see how this could happen.
