oops, shoulda put in cue machinery :eek:
most of the time , the rings would just drop off clean,
but i've had a few take off like a ninja weapon
with that router flying at 30K rpms, it can really spin them!

I've seen this thing in action it really works... I can get them a lot cheaper. I might even have a drawer of them . Name me a price.

That there squiggley section can be bent toward the back a little and keep your hands further away too. I just got out of the hospital and have a bag full of them. They were itemized on my bill. Like $18 each. No that was the tylenol tablet. Oh yes here it is. $8.50 each. Any takers????

Just a thin dowel rod in the tail stock chuck works well, and isn't spinning with the spindle. Not as redneck & poboy as the straw, so it doesn't get any "bubba" points LOL

today was shop cleaning today
i found rings from probaly two years ago!!
im still missing a gold plated indian head nickel
it's in my shop somewheres :rolleyes:i'll be damned if i know where that sob went. i mean, how far could it go?
found two collets today i been looking for for weeks
oh yeah, here's the best part, i also found a tree in my shop
i got a tree limb coming from outside that somehow managed to work it's way thru the siding, back in one of those forgotten dead corners i cant get to easily
im hoping it's birdseye!!!!
found a half dozen or so " ring savers "

i think i may have even found jimmy hoffa
oh no, it isnt, it's just some antler bones:p
 
BTW Brent, I found a way to get those antler pieces more solid....without CA. give a call or pm....

i'm up at 4am and available till 8 or 9pm
 
Lee will now knock them off, charging 10% less, but there is a 90 lead-time, if you're lucky...

I have used a drill bit in the tailstock.
