Just a FYI to all you guys this is Edy Hoadan's (i think) home room as you can see in the picture on top
I have a deal with the Motel owner next door for special rates for all my customers during special events.
Sandman
The ENTIRE back area of Sandcastle will be dedicated to AccuStats!
My full cue repair pro-shop will be moved into the front room. Both ping-pong tables will be moved out of there. That leaves more than plenty of space for everything. The main arena area will be 45 feet wide and 16 feet deep! On one end, there will be the commentators' booth and all the equipment, at the other end will be 3 levels of risers with seats on them for a VIP section. Along the back wall will be banners of all the supporters and sponsors of the events -maybe even another row of VIP seating as well - whatever works best. Of course a large Sandcastle Billiards logo will be centered on the wall! LOLAnyhow, along the outside barrier will be general area seating with the back half of the pool room dedicated for the events. That's 3,000 square feet or more even if neccessary!!! The high ceiling is perfect for all the overhead equipment and whatever else may need elevation. I have a deal with the Motel owner next door for special rates for all my customers during special events. My lot has ample parking spots. There is even the back door on one end that could be used for whatever special guests may be escorted in through, or whatever additional equipment may be brought through. I think you get the idea by now. I would LOVE to see the day where there could be ONLY POOL in the Sandcastle and thrive on that alone! Pool needs to be returned to its glory days and in a good light at that! I am dedicated to doing what's right for the sport and the players! I just hope others will do the same for the sport to give it life once again.
Thanks again everyone!

Mr. Sandmand sir, I'm going to assume by all these "will"'s you are more than excited by having the Accu-Stat's staff find a new home there. I don't see it being much of a negotiation between you and Pat. I'd be silly to say that I'm the only one that looks forward to that union. I grew up in Philly and lived in Clinton and Asbury and look forward to coming home to visit you and the new home of the Arena.
And I can get a chance to win another DVD on the gameshow.
Hope all works out well, and if not, good luck to you sir. From what you've posted earlier your mind is exactly what we need to make this sport more mainstream than it is.
Good racks to all and to all a good night.

here's another perspective
My wortkids had a great time with the game-shows and they can't wait to start playing in them again!:grin-square:
I will miss Bill Haley's Comet Billiards forever, but Sandcastle was already becoming my new home room (it's much closer to me than Comet) so I am thrilled that Pat and the Accu-Stats arena MAY be going there.
The Sandman, Eddie, has the right attitude and is very enthusiastic about doing whatever it takes to make it work and to promote the events and game-shows along with promoting our wonderful game. I hope it all works out and I'll see you at the Castle!
