Alex, a hustler?

The story you wanna hear, is when Alex bought a beautiful call girl for Cory. Except he really wasn't a girl, and Alex knew it. That's all I'm saying though :D:D:D

It wasn't Rhea either :grin::grin::grin:

Dude warn me first before your gonna make soda shoot out my nose....white hot burn right there lol

Is Alex a pool hustler? How good is he? Seems like he might make more in one on one action then in tournaments. Also seems like few want to match up even with him.

I enjoy watching him and would like to see him and Dennis playing even up One Pocket.

Never heard of him, he must be.

Alex who?
Are you on a first name basis with him?
Does he live near by you?

Just asking, I know way too many Alexes.

And now Dennis, you're just teasing. Dennis home alone or what?

:confused::confused::confused:

Alex said at the U.S. Open one time that the Filipinos do not like to play each other or get in action with each other, I should say, when they are here in the States. I don't know how true that is, but I remember him saying that to me.:)

To me the word "hustler" is a guy who hides his speed and/or engages in other nefarious activity to gain an advantage.

Alex is too well known to do that. The best he could do would be to match up well.

You a Hustler, Alex?... you a Hustler?.....

I always thought if Alex were the very serious type that the world would want no part of him.....he’s the best all around player in the world and has been for years imop. But with all the egos and hard asses out there, alexes “youthful” ways have always been a breath of fresh air in the game. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s been excited about watching him mature as a player.

But I think at least in regards to the car story...at minimum were even but he may need a ball in regards to this story 🤣

I feel alexes growing pain lmao, back when I lived in Tulsa we go on a road trip. My buddy had this huge old hooptie crystler New Yorker. We get into Kansas and asked if I didn’t mind driving......

Well the got dam seat was broken somehow it was connected at two back corners but not in the front....

So I get in that drivers seat and I kinda got to reach for the pedal....my buddy being a tall black guy with immovable drivers seat really had me in some kinda task ....

Boy I put my cheeks on the edge of that front seat, stretched my short legs far as they could go and BARELY could touch that pedal.....which made the car lurch forward when I did make contact, which made the got dam seat lean and buck backwards before throwing the weight back down which made my foot slap the pedal too hard once again which had me again riding a driver seat bronco.....

Everyone in the car including my gf is just crying laughing at what just happened......

Homie tells me “man I thought you said you could drive you trying to make us car sick or what?”

I says “go to hell and get your big y’all ass behind me and put them knees in the back of this pos seat before we all end up playing like 5s because of the whiplash”

God did I hate that car nothing ever made me feel like such a goof as that 🤣 and every time I’ve seen or talk to those that were there they never live it down . Good times tho good times

The famous "broken seat story." LOL :)

YL Chang (who has the same fargorating as Alex) plays Justin Hall on that table with that spot, my money is on Justin all day. Indeed, Justin might be the favourite without a spot.

The above is one of the reasons using fargorate when gambling can bite your a55 when least expected.

You may know and understand but, there are many people (that call themselves player and gamblers) that forget Fargorating is determined by tournament play and tournament play is apples to oranges to gambling match.

I've been beat to death by some of the lowest level pros in tournaments and then turn around and get their $$$ in private and Fargo does not even know I exist.

Before certain smarta55's chime in with "your the man" (sarcastic non-playing chits), remember I said lower, extreme low end of ranks. Players most don't consider pros but they are.....just ask them, they'll tell ya. Lol

Anyways, that was just an example of how Fargo "could" throw someone under the bus if they go only by the numbers or in my case, the lack of a number and don't consider other variables. For mid-level and up pros......that will not be true 99% of the time as they will play even stronger for the cash in private, especially when the $$$ amount gets to a point where it matters.

They didn't come to the US to take each other's money, they came here to take Americans money back home with them.

male or female?

One female and one male since my return to pool. Three or four males (memory) roughly 27, 28 years ago.

As I stated though, other than the female, the other players are more or less just a good warm-up game for the better known pros.

The only pros that I have played that i consider notable beat me in tournament and beat me even worse in private (the few I was willing to play). Not to mention the pros i consider notable usually will not play for the stakes I'm willing to play for.
