American 14.1 Straight Pool Championship (Oct 24-29), Norfolk, Winner $10K

Not to me. The BCA rules are mentioning a deliberate foul. Whatever happened appeared to be a normal foul.

Gorst trailing Morra in a match he must win to qualify

Filler overall leader 6 out of 6 winning margin 498. Lee Van can overtake him as he is 5 out of 5 with 470 but has tough match v Alex shortly

It looks like the ref does not know the rules. Also when the match starts Darren swings his stick like a baseball bat (who is the ref trying to punish)?

Strange indeed
Not only that, but he also slams his cue stick on the table with no consequences after the referee’s ruling to re-rack the balls rather than giving Darren ball-in-hand with the open rack.

Any player of any level who is seen committing either of those moves in our pool room is going to get a very stern warning from myself, let alone a pro level player who knows better – there is no excuse for that.

Regardless, Darren still would likely have won if he’d executed a near ideal break shot on his last shot, so really there’s no need for him to dwell on how this referee’s bogus call cost him this match.
Deuel is not someone who will duel with others nor will he dwell on this

It looks to me like many of the Digital Pool match lengths ("Duration") are off by quite a bit. That He/Alcaide match 15 hours spartan noticed seems to have resulted by putting AM instead of PM on the finishing time in the system, thereby adding 12 hours to the length. So that was probably just a keying mistake. But many of the other times are off, some by a lot. I don't know how they are determining the starting time and ending time for each match, but I think the "Duration" stat from them is not reliable as a measure of the actual length of the match.
Yes. Likely the data input errors by the users (organisers team). There are at least 10 matches showing >10 hrs duration https://digitalpool.com/tournaments/mens-division/schedule
Their input or Fargorate also have errors-they had Marc Vidal as FR300+

Zielinski's constant head shaking and shoulder shrugging any time he gets 1 inch off line seems like a shark move.

200 Zielinski close to breaking Fillers tournament high of 216.
Classy of Thorsten to continue to rack

I gues the commentators haven't received the memo.
Any new straight pool players head is exploding and will probably never play again.

Depends on when someone presses a button to stop a match once it is done.
Human error.
All the website does is some basic maths on what time a match starts vs when it ends.
Simple as that.

It would be possible to set the end time by when 125 is reached.

There are still lots of features for the programmers at DigitalPool to fix. I'd like some indication of high runs and innings. This system is not better than the old round-robin charts. Speaking of such, DigitalPool seems not to have the bracket summaries or am I looking in the wrong place?
There is a button called Standings, in the round robin view.
Then you get a table.

Again, from the start of the match Darren may have committed unsportsmanlike conduct.

Even if Duel accidentally touched a ball, that would be ball in hand. Correct?

So charging someone with altering or a serious foul I would think was reserved for intentional tampering.?
