I'll be in Vegas Friday night through Tuesday night for BCA Open Singles.

Any AZBer with at least 100 posts here and who is not listed as a master or above has a $50 9-ball race to 5 with me at the AZB room.

Cornerman Fred? Jude? 'll even throw in Randy G., Scott Lee, Bob Jewett, and Dr. Dave into the mix. Others? Gotta accept online here

Come on fellas, belly up to the table.

I'm not saying I can beat any of these people; I'm just saying I'd like to see a little activity....

Mike -

I always enjoy your videos. That had me thinking.... it'd be cool to watch all of the instructors on here match-up. Maybe a round-robin race to 11 for a little more jingalinga?

It'd be fascinating to see who the best player is out of the posting instructors. JoeT and Ronnie V excluded, I think... just because I think they play better than the group and I doubt anyone would argue that. Randy, Scott, Mike, Bob, Tom, all those guys. Would be great to see a little "instructor bracket" get clickin' in Vegas, no?

Dave

That'd be fun, and I'd be in for sure.

Absolutely. JoeT and Ronnie V should be included, who says they paly "better" than some of us?....SPF=randyg

PS: This is the only time of the year I get to play, let's bring em all.

Works for me.

How about a late night instructor's ring game in the AZ room?

We can even find someone to announce it and make fun of our s's, p's, and f's

"Master or above"? Just curious what this distinction is.

Incidentally, I'd love to take you up on your bet, but I won't be there. Perhaps if we ever do find ourselves in the same place at the same time.

BCA, ACS and VNEA all have a master level of player. This is the next step above open level. The VNEA does have a level in between open and mastercalled intermediate and the BCA has a level above master called the grand master. This level is for professional players and players that have finished in the top 4, I think, of the masters division. Confused? I am.

I'd be up for an AZ'er ring game if anyone else is interested?? I am only there for the Singles 8ball..

Can I pick a JoeT/Ronnie V exacta-box? haha They may not play better, very good point. Since I'm poor and can only bet one ticket, and I've taken a lesson from each of them, I'd have to box them up and go.

Thanks for clarifying (sort of). The only league I play in is APA, so I didn't realize he was referring to a BCA rating.
