Congratulations. Maybe Trigger will bless us with her account. Love to hear a good story.

What a great team, and a great finish! I've known Marty for 15 yrs, and he's always been part of the Dallas pool scene! Great shooter and obviously a good Scotch Doubles partner too! Congrats to Melinda on the Singles win too!

I'll be blogging about it soon. I'll post a link when it's complete. It will take me a while tho - a lot to write about from this event. :)

Thank you everyone!! Means a lot!!

they definitely battled through a case of nerves. Congrats on the title.

Yea, those couple of misses by me turned into embarrassment which let to even more bad play. Luckily, we were given a couple of chances (returned favor I suppose) the last twp games and we capitalized and WON!

Whew. :)

Nice shooting Trig....

with you winning lotsa trophies and all, I guess if we ever meet, I'll take 9-6 in 1P.

That gentleman on the left is the infamous Spiderman of Dallas Texas. My best and oldest friend. We still disagree who got who to start playing 40 years ago. He called me today to tell me about it. He said there was more than one hill-hill match but they pulled it out. Congratulations to both on a great win.

He shot SO well, Chopstick!! I learned a lot from him during the two-day tourney.

Here is my write-up of our journey to the winner's circle: http://pooljourney.blogspot.com/2014/04/you-cant-take-scotch-out-of-double.html
