I lived there from 1979-82, when Efren still lived there...before he first came to the USA.

And btw, Happy Birthday to The Magician Efren "Bata" Reyes

I think Bustie is from Tarlac...close enough for P.I. standards though.

There are some great places to play pool in AC along perimeter road. Some pretty good food along the way as well. From lechon manok down a little alley near the galleon, to mexican food, and then the more kimchee based places in the friendship area.

The nightlife is okay too.

San Fernando

I have family in San Fernando, Pampanga.
They own Kings Lumber and Ichiban Resturant.
Eddie and Tess Chua are Brother and Sister In-laws.
Next time I visit I want to see some of your cues.

I have a second home there in the Friendship Circle area, which is close to Clark.

I lived outside Friendship Gate in a new (at the time) housing area called Plaridel II.

It was owned by Mrs. Pasqual(sp?), who owned the Maharajah Hotel.

San Fernando is also a nice place, and also more development too, its the second to Angeles, really good for family business.
Sure anytime you can visit my shop..

Actually lots of foreigner living here and retired, mostly in Josefa and Hensonville and some other along Fields Ave to Friendship i guess..

Our house is in Plaridel 2, block 16 on 9th street. I doubt it's changed much over the years other than more high rise mansions going up (behind high walls) on the vacant lots. Kind of a mixed neighborhood with some small inexpensive houses (2-3 million pesos) to luxury mansions (10-25 million!). I'd say the average price for a nice house is in the 4-8 million range. Our home is back about a kilometer off Fields and it's pretty quiet there, which I like.

Thanks, lots of foreigner works in Clark, and with more projects there to decongest Manila primarily the airport, it will provide more works i guess
