Thank you everyone. Today there is a marathon in Xiamen and we can watch it from the hospital window. Karen says she ran hers last night.

For those of you who were sweating this with us Katrina came out healthy at 6lbs 1oz and 52cm long, 1 cm longer than Jessie. Everything seems to be alright and she latched right on as she was supposed to. So Karen and I thank you all who gave us your prayers and your well wishes when we had to spend some time in the hospital last month and through the low weight scares and so on. To all of you who shared your stories of having small babies and how they grew up fine we are deeply grateful for the encouragement that your stories provided.

Halfway around the world I am so grateful that I can share this with my pool family and glad that I have a pool family to share with.

Best to all of you and again may 2013 be prosperous for you. This is the year of the dragon, make it yours as well!

Hey, maybe Katrina IS actually Bruce Lee Re-Entering the Year of the Dragon. You better take good care of her until you know she won't be able to kick your butt when she's 4 or 5.

I'm sure you know the meaning of Katrina.
