Not Adams, confirmed with Peter Balner it's a one of a kind Palmer. have the original box, case and 5 shafts. will be for sale if any interest. Thanks for looking.

You are right on track, if the cue did carry the Palmer Name as a proto-type it was certainly a Proto-type for the PB or PM series made by Adam/ Helmstetter. The bumper, the Butt Cap, the Pin, the pilots on the shafts and the shaft inserts, even the points and other designs all scream Adam Japan.

However, it is still a great cue, and a nice find!!!!!
