Any interest in a TAR 28 replay?

I have had several people ask about seeing the 8 Ball set from TAR 28. I was thinking about running a replay of the 8 ball set on a loop for say 48 hours for $10. I could do the same for the one pocket once the 8 Ball finishes.

I would post the approximate start times for each replay in the loop. Kinda like going to see a movie you know it starts at noon, three, six and nine.

So whats the verdict?

I can set it up to start this afternoon if people want to sweat it.

I would be interested in all three. Missed the match due to moving.

Thanks for the opportunity Justin. Hope enough people show interest!

Unfortunately, no. I would like to but I'd probably get to watch about 30 minutes of it.

Do you ever put these on DVD?

Justin,

I think this is a great idea. I really like the "scheduled" start times. There have been a number of times that I am going to catch the tar replays on Saturday or Sunday and it would be very nice to have an idea of when the match is restarting. Its a bummer to log into a match you havent seen and catch it at hill hill.

I'd be up for the 8ball definitely..
48 hours would be awesome.

I would definitely pay to watch 8ball, but couldn't watch til tomorrow. I could learn a little bit by watching them

I would be interested in watching all of it but I have messed up schedule that makes it difficult to fit it in. A DVD would make it easier for me to do that.

I was travelling when most of the match happened. What were the results?

I'm definitely up for the 8-ball (and the other two as well); I missed this weekend because of prior commitments.

Why do people have to vote no just because they can't watch it? If you think it's a good idea even if you can't watch it then say it's a good idea. Just because you are not able to watch it doesn't mean there aren't tons of people out there who CAN and WANT to watch it. I would love to see a replay because I was out of town and couldn't watch it live. We all appreciate what you do and how hard you work Justin, keep it up.

Only two of us said "no" and we said it with the reason that we wouldn't be able to watch it. That, to me, says we're interested and it's a good idea. We also both asked about putting them on DVDs, again showing that we're interested in giving Justin money for his efforts.

Would people who already purchased the stream be able to view the loop? I missed out on the 8 ball and most of the one pocket.

No. Its simply a function of how the PPV access system works. I have to create a new event with set times for access. The PPV from this weekend has expired.

Based on the responses here I'll set this up and give it a shot. Honestly I dont know if it makes financial sense based on bandwidth costs but what the hell.

Going to work on it now. Shoot for a start time around 11 AM Eastern and it will run until 11 AM Eastern Thursday.

Thank you Justin. This will be my first TAR match.

Just for future reference, would I need Ustream working for TAR 29 and so on?

The PPV's do not use Ustream at all.

Thank you! I started another thread to ask this question and got a bunch of noise about making Ustream work. Nobody answered the first question in the post which was "how does Ustream fit into the TAR thing..."

so again, thank you.
