What would be nice, is if the board had a different category for threads, titled
Horse For Sale.
So if someone was trying to raise enough cash to travel to, and play in an event, they could post as Horse For Sale. They could put the total amount they needed to pay for everything, and if they finished in the money, how much would be paid on the dollar after that amount was taken out of the winnings. If it is a good horse, someone might take it all, then other people might only to be able to afford $20. but there might be enough people posting, to get some decent players to some events. Once the amount has been reached, the player could post saying, the Horse Is Sold. There are tournaments, close to a lot of good players on here, and they would not need much, and they might just turn out to be the dark horse. It would make the streams more fun to watch, if you owned a little of the horse in the race. There are a lot of Bar Box Championships now, with a lot of cash. I know so many of these would be terribly expensive to go to and play in, and I know how hard it is to perform, when you are worrying about every cent you spend, but if you could put yourself up as a Horse For Sale, and get enough to definately work for you, it would definately take some of the pressure off of you. There are a lot of players on here, and I know some are very good horses. Maybe even some streaming costs could be tied into it, so you could watch your horse (just a thought.) Maybe even a place to post videos, so potential buyers can see how the horses play. Sorry for the long post, just wanted to share some thoughts.
