Any WPBA Pros Going To The DCC?

anyone know if A. Fisher, J. Lee, M. Webb, or any other WPBA women are going to play in the 9-ball event or any other event at the DCC? Johnnyt
 
Most were there last year .......... i think Jeanette usually shows up in the AZB Room often........ anyhow she did last year.
 
They were allowed to last year. Allison, Karen, Sarah, Jeanette, Rachael and Anna K played last year, maybe more I don't remember.

With only 5 tour dates in 2009 they better let them play. Johnnyt

If I remember correctly, Jasmin is banned from 2 of them as punishment for playing in the World 10 Ball Championships. Can someone clarify or verify?

The casinos must put up some good purse money for a WPBA event otherwise they would have them in some of these new sportbars. It can't be that it's because their bars, like casinos are real clean venues. Johnnyt
 
I'm 100% that Sarah Rousey will be there...I have some inside info. :)

Monica Webb and Helena Thornfeldt were there last year and have been every other year. I talked to them and they said they were going to try to come.

Melissa Little was saying she was going to try to go again this year.

My guess would be that there will be at least 10 pros there.

I look forward to meeting everyone and seeing old friends again this year.

I have asked both Line Kjorsvik and Jasmin Ouschan so many times now, but neither of them managed to make it this year :( Jasmin really wanted to go, atleast for the 9-ball, but she has a very busy schedule the next months and won't be able to go to all tournaments and had to choose. Talked to Line today and she is so jealous, and hopes she can go with me next year. She's busy with moving to another city right now, and couldn't find the time this year :(

As of the suspension of Jasmin, the latest I heard is that she still is suspended.

I can't believe that representing your country in a World Championship, and fighting for $ 100 000, is not a valid reason to drop out of a wpba event with $ 15 000 first price...
