Anybody get their March Billiards Digest yet?

I haven't seen mine yet and I'm also waiting on another publication. It's the last issue before my subscription runs out and I won't renew before I get it.
 
I did finally get mine yesterday which is very late. Over three weeks into the month! What really POed me was since it was so late I emailed them asking whether they were just late in getting it out or if by the late date they thought mine was lost in the mail. NO RESPONSE. I waited a couple of days and sent a similar email. NO RESPONSE. Then I went on their website where they have a "Problems" link which I filled out with the same info of my two emails. NO RESPONSE.

Is that customer service? I think not! Made me remember the responsiveness or lack thereof of Inside Pool Magazine :angry: :mad:
 
Mine was way late too.

Late delivery and poor customer service, did they get bought out by Inside Pool?
 
Got it 2 days a go. On a side note it's my first issue since renewing my subscription. I immediately turned to the back forgetting that mr fells has left us. That was a sad moment :( it was always my favorite article
 
Just got mine two days ago. Coincidently, my subscription needed to be renewed so the day before I called the office to re-up and the lady told me they had a problem with the March issue and it went out late

Dude... you missed the part where it was the special edition Barry Behrman issue... (Not for the content, but for the delivery) ;)
 
Hey Scott, you posted this on the 9th. I got mine on the 24th. But what I'm wondering is, just when the F are you ever home to read the mail? Should I bring my copy to SBE? Oh wait, they will be there. Lets everyone clog their booth complaining about late issues.
 
Don't feel bad. I write for them and am still waiting on the Feb. and March issues. :p
