I Couldn't Tell You Who Made It, But The Word Custom Should Not Be In The Description. Looks Like A Cheapy Production Cue.

I can't think of one custom cue maker who uses decals. Looks like a Chinese cue that sell for about $35 new.

Its called a "cheap production cue from asia" they are becoming a very popular maker here in the usa! A lot of people who dont know what they are buy them up in hopes they increase in value just like the great balabuska's and szamboti's! Who knows maybe in 10 years they will be worth $3 dollars instead of a quater!
