There's a very nice and CLEAN place up the street, walking distance. I can't remember the name, something like Town Suites. I have stayed there, and it's well worth the money. If you cannot take advantage of the Radisson offer, then this would be a good alternative choice for lodging.

I was wondering the same thing, but concluded that its $250 just to acquire the reservation. The actual room fees are on top of that.

Otherwise Id be all over it.

Yeah. Just think, I am such a "sucker" I gave my reservation to an AZ member for free.

1) its impossible to get a room there now.
2) it's a pain in the ass to drive there, park far away, leave billiard items in your car to be stolen, etc.
3) it's nice to just walk down a hall 3 minutes to get to your room to rest before a match, not have to drive drunk back to the hotel, etc.

tons of reasons IMO.

You need to tke a couple of breaths and chill out. You DO NOT have a clue as to what you are talking about, and calling someone a ripoff because you do not know what you are talking about is classless.
