anyone watching matchroom live & snooker? I got an issue and matchroom live dont reply.

I just want to clarify if this is on my end or maybe everyone is having it just like me.

Basically after every game and while the referee is rearranging the balls on the table, suddenly the sound goes mute then the stream keeps reloading with this green circle of loading wheel and it keeps going until I refresh.

Now if I refresh it works, but sometimes it will be with no sound even after I unmute on the top left, but sometimes the sound and video will work perfectly.

This isn't a major issue as I can solve it by one click on the refresh browser, but it is a lack of quality of the paid service if you ask me, also it gets tiring to do this after each game for the whole event especially with me sitting in home in this lockdown.

The reason why I think it isn't only me is because I tried on two different laptops, also tried two different type of browser, same issue.

I have experienced similar issues. I watch with my phone linked to tv through hdmi. I have a superstitious ritual I follow on freeze up. Hit the mute button then back. Some times it starts back up. Seems to be in how I hold my jaw.🥴 Worst case I refresh the page and it comes back with a lost portion but at least the match moving and not the circling arrow.

I have the same issue. It seems to have started within the last week. Previously the stream was pretty smooth.

I have the same issue, sometimes fast forwarding or rewinding also resumes the stream if refreshing the page doesn't work. I've missed some action this week because of this problem.
 
My problems are compounded by my lack of snooker knowledge as well. People fuss with the balls and table between each frame so it's hard to tell when the stream is frozen/repeating or it's really another 10 minute intermission.

The FAQ above says that you need to contact streamamg.com . I'm pretty sure that's a different company. In any case I got a response immediately to my email, but it was just a receipt of message. The problem continued through the last match today -- O'Sullivan/Bingham.

I am still having the same issue, I hope they fix it before the final match which I think is happening tomorrow.
 
a good company that has or had problems that cost its customers time or money or poor service should refund some of the costs paid. if they dont rebate a fair deal then they are not good to do business with.

you may put up with it because there are few other options then you are stuck and must hope for a better company to enter the marketplace, and then all should move to that.
 
I thought I was paying $3/month. Might have stopped the subscription after I got upset that DAZN had me for $20/month for 5 months extra. Was disappointed in the service interruptions but felt like a nit for canceling. Went back to resubscribe but am still able to log in. Wondering if I am still paying. (Note to self) Should examine my statements better.

DAZN is separate from Matchroom.live. I unsubscribed from DAZN after going for a one year subscription. There were a couple of archives there that were interesting, but they seem to have disappeared. You can see your account status by logging in and then select account from the menu. Mine says cancelled and will expire in November.
 
How about that John Higgins?
Kyren has scored uh 7 points in 4 frames. Kind of like what he did to Selby
 
John is playing wonderfully, he will butcher Ronnie in tomorrow's final is my prediction. Lets just hope the issue with the loading circle of death after each frame is gone by tomorrow! fingers crossed because It's silly to refresh after every frame as I tend to watch from a distance on TV.
 
I have had the same problem for the last two tournaments. When I first subscribed Matchroom.live, it was the best. Last two tournaments, it freezes and goes mute after each and every frame. Then I have to refresh about 10 times before I get the audio, and by this time, the frame is in progress. I miss the break.

I posted on Matchroom's Facebook page about it, and my post was deleted.

A big proponent of Matchroom.live, I was, but not anymore. I cannot continue to advise others to subscribe with this kind of service. On the one hand, since we Americans are banned from Eurosport's coverage, the stream is a godsend, but on the other hand, watching it is not fun at all. I almost feel like un-subscribing. I was starting to become a huge snooker fan, but I may have to stop now. If Matchroom doesn't think it is important for Americans to enjoy snooker events, they lose my support. Just imagine what the Mosconi cup will be with this kind of streaming.

And I have, by the way, the highest bandwidth I can get in Washington, D.C., for my job. It most definitely is not on my end.

Here is the message I wrote to Matchroom.live's website:

After every single frame in the last two snooker tournaments, the live stream FREEZES, and it forces one to refresh several times. Then the frame is in progress, but there is no AUDIO. This requires refreshing about 10 times. Everybody in America who has been watching the last two snooker tournaments, including this Players, is complaining about it. I was a strong proponent of Matchroom.live subscriptions, but nobody seems to give a damn. I even posted on Matchroom's Facebook page and asked for help about the live stream, and somebody deleted my post. Very disappointing. I was starting to become a huge snooker fan, but I may have to give up since the powers-that-be don't seem to care of Americans watch live snooker or not. Big bummer!
