I would like to publicly apologize to all readers who were offended by my threat to do harm to another member. I was out of line and I sincerely apologize. You must understand that this is my business and how I feed my family...so when someone threatens that...tempers are quick to flair. Any personal problems should be solved elsewhere and not on this fine forum. Once again I'm truly sorry and I look forward to continuing to provide great service to all my fantastic customers here at AZ Billiards Forum.

And just as a good gesture...in the upcoming days I will post pics of one of my jump/break cues...that will be given away FREE to the first poster who claims it!!!

I already own one of your fine J/B cues KV, but I'll take another to sell it and make pretty penny...!

Nice try...I mean in the upcoming thread with the pics where I will give it away. Points for quickness though...LOL!
Or you could donate it to the raffle for the AZ-1p room at the DCC

Can I fight someone for it? That would be more fun than just a free cue.

Think about it; I can tell guys down at the pool hall I beat up a guy I had a beef with on the AZ

And I won this great looking pool cue to show for it!@#

Kind of like a trophy of sorts.

Kevin is making me a j/b that I am looking foward to. I have hit with one of his sneaky pete cues with a laminated shaft and it played great. Kevin is a stand up guy.

Well said, Kevin --- sincere and right to the point. The genuine regret you've expressed shows you'll be careful not to repeat the mistake you feel you made, and, after all is said and done, that's what matters.

I respect you and admire you for this classy apology.

So far that's the case, he's helped me out quite a bit far.

Takes a big man to apologize. Good show of respect, you are aces in my book.

The Windy City Open is always looking for donations as well~!:D

Did I miss something? Looks like my Walmat post has vanished. I really hate that.....

Maybe you should give the cue to the person to whom you issued the threat. ;)

Right!

Allow me to threaten a poster, and as a token of my forgiveness, I'll give the cue to the first person who clicks on a mb thread!

Sorry, I can't help myself. I'm just trying to have fun.

As a rule of thumb, I NEVER type anything on a MB that I wouldn't say to someone in person.

Remember, posting is a privilege, not a right.

That's what I say! I take it even further. I won't say something to someone who is smaller than I, if I wouldn't say the same to someone bigger than I.

I treat everyone with the same respect as I treat my Mom.

I love you Mom.

Maybe we can start over. How about posting your experience again, replete with pics and we'll see if there can be positive dialog about the pros and cons of billiard equipment at chain stores.

I am sure i was the one who was threatened. Here it is Kevin. You knock everyone's business around town in Charlotte. You have knocked the cues we sell right in front of me at Smokin' Cue. You are opinionated and that's okay except when it crosses the line. I apologize to you here for pushing your buttons but not for chastising your approach. You need to tone it down man. Some of us have been around these boards for ten years and we know each other and we know the business. We don't stand for BS.

You know that I have publicly posted here that you do good work. I don't say that lightly. You do good work. Your work however is not the greatest I have seen nor is it the worst. Your cues hit really nicely but they are not the greatest nor the worst. Over time I predict that you will become a great cuemaker. Please learn some tact to go with your cuemaking skill and we can get along just fine.

Once again, I apologize for antagonizing you. Please don't shoot me :-) My life insurance premium is late. Seriously dude, you have a lot to offer so please consider what I said about being nicer around town AND on the forums.
