I would think there would be at least some BS considering the subject is pool coming from the mouth of a professional poolplayer who is trying/needing to "sell" it.
It's called marketing!!! :thumbup: There's usually some BS (whether it's a little or a lot) in the marketing of any product.

Please...you were on there and listened to it. I have the chat comments if you'd like to see them. I guess it's ok for you to make negative comments on the chat but to craw fish in the public forum.
The biggest BS IMO is how the APB operates in a vacuum. And how Bonus Ball doesn't communicate with the rest of this boutique / niche industry.
It's going to take many micro grass roots efforts and if the promoters don't work together it just causes rowing in different directions.

When I tuned in, Archer was saying something to the affect of he really thought "it" had a chance of taking off and being the main thing in 15 or 20 yrs. I didn't catch what he was talking about (it was the tail end of that topic, and they then switched to predictions on TAR 26). Was he talking about Bonus Ball?

Your opening post was honest but don't you think that its a little negative?? I sure do and the lack of other people responding to this thread for its topic is proof enough. Even if you are right (in some sort of way) does pro pool need anymore bashing???
You say I was making complaints or bashing others?? The only thing I complained about was how long they talked about Bonus Ball for and never got to any of the real questions that the forum asked Justin to ask. Other than that anything else was banter between the people in the chat and not TAR or JA. Im not against Bonus Ball and im not not saying that it can't change the game...
I missed the podcast, was watching Harry Potter. I'll have to check it out though.
BS is not really what I took away from the pod, but something way different. JA is sticking his neck out to try and help professional pool and he is taking a lot of heat in the process. It doesn't matter if bonus ball works or not out of the chute. He is doing something that he believes is bettering his profession and I hope something evolves from his efforts. It is a lot easier to criticize than it is to support, especially something that appears to be way out of the norm. The US Open 9 Ball event is already better for the pros as a result of his efforts and I hope he pushes on.
