I just went Gold recently.:thumbup: Please pardon my ignorance, but I have a few questions regarding the giveaways.

1) Are these Giveaways for all Gold members or just the Gold members who signed up over the previous month?

2) Is there anything a Gold member has to do to become eligible for these giveaways or is this an automatic enrollment?

3) How are the winners notified, and are they notified prior to the shipment of said prizes, and does the winner get the opportunity to provide a current/correct/convenient shipping address before the items are sent out?

4) If I win the new Rolls Royce you're giving away next month, Is it delivered via covered transport or will it be driven to my address? :smilewinkgrin:

Thanks for taking to the time to answer my questions, both the serious and not so serious one. I haven't found a personal need for the Gold membership yet, but wanted to do what I could in return for the vast wealth of knowledge I have gained from the site, and its users over the last several months. Thanks to all those in the background working their butts off making this forum the best it can be.

Any Gold Member is eligible. And we do contact for a correct address prior to shipping. The Rolls will be delivered by Pamela Anderson and comes with a great massage.

If I win the Rolls, can I have a woman without a crotch full of stds deliver it instead? If not, she has to wear rubber gloves when she gives me my massage. Lol.

OK, so we got off-topic. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, a couple of the AZB Gold Members will win very nice cues. It is the Gold Members who are the reason that we are the only press representatives at most pro events these days. We have been the only press at events this year like Tunica and CSI US Open One Pocket, 10-Ball and 8-Ball in Vegas because your memberships allow us to travel to them.

You are the reason for the great photos by JP. You are the reason we can live score and do live brackets and stories. Thank you. That is why our advertisers want you to join and why they offer us these great prizes to give to you as a way of saying thanks.

With this statement here, I now understand what "Gold Membership" is all about. I'm glad my small contribution could go towards such a valuable resource here on AZB.......

I wish there was another way to pay besides using Paypal. If I read it correctly I can pay as a guest but after a bad experience with Paypal I am very leery of using there service for anything. Maybe AZ will consider another way of paying, till then I'll remain silver.

As are your contributions to this great site. I was on the fence for a while trying to understand of what value paying for a Gold membership would provide me. Trust me, it wasn't for the monthly give aways but it occurred to me that it was a small sum to contribute to the ongoing efforts of the AZB staff and their contributions to all of us. Keep up the good work. :thumbup:
 
Patience guys. Just 3 more sleeps till Christmas.

Then someone is going to a very happy player. I know that I would be willing to start off the new league season with a Lucasi Hybrid.
